Education:  BS Aeronautical Engineering, 1967 EMBRY Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach, Florida. MBA Management, 1972 University of Bridgeport, Connecticut.
 
Current Position: Chairman and Founder of Nemat Development & Homes Inc., 559 Middle Neck Road in      Great Neck, NY 11023 – Builders, Developers and Construction Managers.   Nemat Development & Homes Inc. is an Umbrella Company for 16 affiliated companies which engage in acquisition, planning and developing of multi family and commercial real estate, as well as management of companies owned properties and client properties.  
 
Community Services & Elected Offices: Former Executive Vice President of the Iranian American Jewish Federation of New York, an umbrella organization for various Iranian Synagogues and Foundations in the New York Metropolitan Area. Former Vice President of the United Mashadi Jewish Community of America Central Board, an umbrella group for Mashadi Synagogues and Foundations in America. Board Member of the Persian Parade – An Organization that holds the Iranian Norooz (New Year) Parade along Madison Avenue in New York City. Chairman of the UMJCA – Public Affairs Committee. Co-Chairman of the UMJCA – Higher Education Committee. Elected Former President and current Vice President – Great Neck Chamber of Commerce. Member, Village of Kings Point – Building and Planning Review Committee. Elected Trustee, Village of Kings Point – (Equivalent to City Council) a 5 Member Governing Council of the Village of Kings Point with a population of over 5000 residents.
 
Iranian Issues Involvement: Extensive daily readings, observance and monitoring of the Iran Farsi Language Dailies. Translated many articles publications which reflects the Iranian Government views and sent them to our elected Officials in Washington for their policy decisions. On many occasions in the past, the Iranian Government position in Iran contradicted with their position during their negotiations with the International Community, which served to indicate their insincerity.
