The American Mideast Coalition for Democracy sends our hearty congratulations to AMCD member Daowd Salih on his new position as the Chairman of the Sudan Liberation Movement and the Sudanese Alliance. He is replacing General Khamis Abdallah Abakar who, as Governor of Western Darfur, was killed by the Rapid Support Forces and their allies the Janjaweed in el Geneina.
