On April 11, AMCD members met with General Ernest C. Audino who spent many years working in Iraqi Kurdistan. General Audino believes that US national interests have not been sufficiently defined and/or that our leadership has been dishonest about our objectives during recent conflicts. Members had a wonderful discussion with the General about US foreign policy and military strategy.
On April 26, AMCD helped to sponsor the Conference for a Free Lebanon at the Library of Congress. This conference featured AMCD co-chair, John Hajjar (host), Congressman Darrell Issa, Fred Fleitz, Gabriel Noronha, Dr. Walid Phares, Dr. Rachid Rahme, Brigitte Khair, Chorbishop Seely Beggiani, Paul Hindi, Samy Gamayel, Sheikh Mohammad Haj Hassan, Joseph Humire, Daniel Di Martino, Dr. Emanuelle Ottolenghi, Mrs. Astrid Hajjar, Former Minister General Ashraf Rifi, Former MP Dr. Fares, Judge Peter Germanous, MP (Resigned) Nadim Gemayel, Candidate Majid Harb, Candidate Camile Chamoun Jr., AMCD co-chair Tom Harb, Dr. Antoine Saad, Mrs Guila Fakhoury, Mr. Elie Mahfoud, Mr. Bryan Lieb, Dr Viviane Haber and Dr. Toufic Hindi.
On May 12, 2022, members of the AMCD met with Loren Culp who ran for Congress in Washington State’s 4th District and despite having been endorsed by President Trump, Culp unfortunately lost his bid for the nomination.
On May 26, 2022, members of AMCD met with Mr. Scott Stephenson who ran for the Republican nomination in Washington State’s 8th district. He lost the nomination to Matt Larkin, whom we will meet with on September 1.
On June 23, our members met with AMCD met with Eric Marchant, Co-Founder of the Silent Majority Foundation. Marchant formed the Foundation to fight the leftist policies in Washington state in the courts. They are suing Governor Inslee over his extreme covid mandates that harmed the citizens of Washington State in numerous ways.
